1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Our shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting the order form and completing the payment process via PayPal, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product.
The contract is concluded when the payment is successfully completed.
Before placing the order, you have the opportunity to review and correct your entries at any time.
4. Contract Language
The contract language is English and/or German.
5. Order Process
To place an order, you must:
- Select a product
- Choose product options (e.g., size, color)
- Provide your personal and shipping details
- Complete the payment via PayPal
By completing the payment, you confirm that your order is subject to payment.
6. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be clearly indicated before completing the order.
7. Payment
Payment is made via PayPal.
The payment service provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.
You must be registered with PayPal and confirm the payment using your PayPal account.
The payment is processed immediately upon completion of the order.
8. Production and Delivery
All products are made to order.
Production begins after successful payment.
The estimated production time is typically 20–30 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and carrier.
We ship to the delivery address provided during checkout.
9. Risk of Loss
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery.
10. Right of Withdrawal
10.1 General Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days.
10.2 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:
- that are not prefabricated, and
- for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is essential, or
- that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
Since our products are made to order based on customer specifications (e.g., size, color), the right of withdrawal is excluded.
11. Returns
As the right of withdrawal is excluded for made-to-order products, returns are only accepted in cases of:
- defective products
- incorrect items delivered
12. Warranty
The statutory rights of defect liability apply.
13. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
For other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
14. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
